Hmm soaking the emat to the point of it changing in colour usualy adds a nice falvour and keeps them moist as fuck. Also adding minced garlic, hotshot, and garlic salt then mixing it thouroughly through the meat gives it a really nice kick when you do the soy sauce thing. Makes em a bit harder to ...
