Well its that time again were I look to see if I've come further at all in my training.. For the first few months this year I was overdoing it with protein powder so I stopped taking protein powder on a regular basis and have only taken it twice in the last two months. I take a bit of creative 2-3 times a week.


My routines have changed a little as well but I need to change them again me thinks somewhat until I get the most out of what Im doing. Im actually around 76 kg I think and I don't change much from that weight. My main staple of food is Sardines out of the can with 19.9 grms of protein I sometimes eat 5 cans in a day and kebabs,,,


 


I have gone more for bulk then I have for tone... havn't done much on abs either and have just started working on them again after ages of neglect.


 


Why do I post these u ask? 1) to share weightlifting comments, suggestions, stories, help anything with anyone who does this...


2) cause beyo asked me to ;)


 


I used to be a really really really scrawny cunt btw... so Im kinda happier that I've come this far but to go further really requires me to upsize my diet and this isn't always good for the liver so I think that I will always float around this size but Im gonna keep going with gym and eat hardy but I don't think I'll get to obsessed or anything... Mabey in the long term I'll get bigger..


 


I was thinking of combining cardio with my weights as well. Doing weights does give u more endurance though even in your lungs... just need to train my legs more.

so yar since last man boobies topic I've gotten less tone.. more bulk,.. specially arms, tits and shoulders...


 


I generally try to max out on each set of benchpress and bicep curls that I do so that I can;t do any more...


 


 


Biceps arn't insane yet but mabey one day ;_;

arrrrrrrr I feel tiny now...... ;) Anyway you look great, don't overdo it - this is just perfect.


 


As for me, I'm growing, used to be so scrawney and it's gettingbetter. It's not going superfast, but that's ok. I am drinking water and milk only lately (okay and beer, but that's not too often)! As for food, I try to eat more healthy which means less snacks and fast food! I'm not gonna go on a diet or anything, just trying to eat healthy! :D

u look way better than the average joe I'll tell u that. I don't think u have anything to worry about and your already off to a good start, plus you've got alot of potential to work with there. your pecks are already defined as are your abs.. g0g0g0!!!

Hey thanks :) Not sure what size I want.. these pics were taken shortly after a little excercising so generally muscle size increases somewhat during that... some of my friends keep asking me how far/ big I want to go... and really I dunno.. I want to look fairly sizeable in my shirt so I guess I'll keep going till I have enough bulk to work with and then start toning... :fruit:


 


In person Im not really that big or anything... Im bigger than the average guy especially in chest but its not insanley noticeable or anything mainly when I have my shirt/jumper on that is.... and yeah I'd like to buldge through my shirt alot more.. depends what Im wearing half the time... I want that added edge that when I talk to people I can feel confident that if they size me up there will be "no mistake" as to my size :/ dunno if that makes sense but sadly in society ppl are always sizing you up... if i I get bigger cpould have negative effects on how ppl react to me though ... iunno... Frod my big burly man u better flex that shoulder cause I need to cry on it... lol

I desparately need to get into shape. All I do is play games, surf the net, and drink beer. As a result, I have been blessed with stick-like arms, moobs, and a stomach that is beginning to protrude more and more with every week.
