I don't eat it anymore, but when I did I liked it medium-well.

Medium.. If I get a steak at a restaurant I may order it medium-well, on a few occasions i've found that my definition of medium and theirs vary slightly. :)
For years i used to get it well done, but when i mean well done i mean almost burnt to a crisp. Then one day at a special dinner at work they were serving these gorgeous steaks and the chef sneaked us afew...they were like uhhhhhhh maybe medium and they were really good so now i usually have em medium to medium well, but rare steaks still gross me out. My GF gets cravings for rare steaks when shes on her period and i find it completely disgusting, i cant even kiss her after shes eaten one.

the a steak SHOULD be cooked is medium rare, any more cooking and the meat toughens up heaps which is ratshit. medium rare all the way!
