They're getting paid by the hour, so whether you talk to them or not they're still getting paid.
I know, but constant rudeness and minor failures is just a real downer.
start making sexual noises and say shit like "oh yeah baby keep talking" while u smack ur leg or something to simulate jerk noises...
I havn't tried it yet but Im sure its worth a laugh..
a lot of the time you'll find they are paid on comission, well at least they are here.
i handle them by generally saying 'no thanks' and hanging up, or sometimes i get pissed i yell at them and tell them to never ever call me again and take me off the list before i take action. i would never take action but it sorta makes them either get pissed off themselves or they make stupid excuses - win win
I never get these calls, but if I did I would just say no thanks and hang right up.

I once tried to sell a telemarketer a box of misc computer parts. It didn't work.
No matter who they ask for, and since I'm a youngin' they usually are calling for my parents, they aren't home. I can always tell it's a telemarketer because they pronounce our last name wrong.
They don't even bother with names when they call us... they just get straight to business.. do ya wanna buy a menkey?
