Nope didnt get Fable and I havent seen it out here yet. As far as ears, I don't really find that amusing, but sorry guys I will not see any close combat and pray that none of our convoys come under attack as well. The mortars are quite frequnt though. Since I have been here at least 30 mortars rounds have been dropped on us. They upgraded our uniform on base to include our IBA w/ SAPI and our ballistic helmets.

Fubs just let me know and I will help out with your endeavour.

Hey Kindred, good to hear you're doing well over there. I guess the small arms and mortar are to be expected with the state of insurgency over there. At least you've had you armour issued (however comforting that may be ). Anyway continue to stay safe and keep us updated! Take care buddy.

Well the weather is pretty decent right now. We currently have a temperate climate. It is getting colder though and soon the torrential rains are supposed to start. Then summer will roll in and scorch the shit out of us. :D ;)

It's good to hear about the armour upgrade, not that you should need it with our boys covering your ass now ;)

Stay safe matey.
