I'm at UCLA and enjoying this quarter more than ever, even though I'm taking about twice as many classes. I got rid of the most recent boy drama, and I'm just thoroughly enjoying myself right now.
I have taken up knitting and am knitting leg warmers.
Ummmm I am currently down 20 pounds from when I started college, which is fuckin :cool:
I am seeing Hot Hot Hot in Feb and the Decemberists (my favorite band) in March. And if kodiak comes through, I'm seeing Modest Mouse next Tuesday.

no longer really anemic but got diagnosed with crohns disease while in the hospital. now i get to take pills for the rest of my life :eek:I've seen commercials for Crohns disease. What is it exactly?
its a inflammatory bowel disease. basiclly every so often i may get a period of time where everything is messed up in my intenestines and such and cause some stuff. right now im taking a steroid that lowers all the inflammation quickly. at some point ill take one that keeps a balance in my immune system to prevent any more inflammation, or to keep it at a minimum. theres nothing really else that happens with it. also it was because of this that i got the anemia in the first place. it prevented nutrients from getting absorbed in the intestines then the blood loss from stool and urine didnt help either. supposedly everythings back to the normal levels now.
i got 2 blood transfusions when i was at the hospital :eek:
hmm, let me see. I have this new welding job (u noe, jack-of-all-trades). I like the hours I work, great coin, every friday the boss brings in beer and we all get shit faced drunk. Can't complain. I'm currently as we speek moving into a new apartment. It's a little bit more money but it has a washer and dryer so it's worth it. I've been drug-free for exactly one month now. It may not sound like much to you non-drug users but it's nice to feel like a normal human being again. I've been a mess since summer time. to much to much! I found out my lady friend is NOT having a baby. She was late and we were not being very careful. I was shitting my pants. She's a good girl though, keeps me out of trouble. :o

about to embark on a long bus ride to visit some friends.. recently got back from Europe and stayed with my sister who just got back from Iraq... some of the fucking stories she has... she has a few gory pics too :0 anyway she nearly got shot, blown up and though not sure what would have happened some Americans tried to get onto my sister with force but she managed to talk her way out of it..
As for me Im spending a few weeks at home in Australia then Im heading back to Germany for 6 months and studying correspondance. My love life at the moment is dead I picked up a chick at a friends party before I went to Germany and thats about it.. hopeing to get with a french chick while Im in europe, kinda need someone I can be close to at this stage in my life. From Germany Ill be heading to Egypt possibly on my own and afterwards I may tour Africa a little with my sister but thats one of those last minute plans that either happens or it doesn't depending if she has time or no.
apart from that I may stop over in Jakarta and visit her there briefly.
My sister and I find that when we are on the move we feel better cause our problems are behind us until we stop somewhere long enough for them to catch up. Hence last time I was in Europe we just hired out a BMW x5 and used the nav system to drive down through switzerland into Italy and from there into Austria and back up into Germany.. we took about a week or more and stoped a few nights here and there.
I might catch up with some of you guys if your ever around Nurenberg (were the nazi trials were), Strasbourg or Duesseldorf...

at the moment i'm sort of on holidays, but sort-of not... a week or so ago i got my results back from the spring school uni subject that i had to take to complete my degree, and somehow managed to get a distinction! which means i now have a 'bachelor of commerce majoring in entrepreneurship' under my belt. so i guess since finishing uni i have to get a job, which is pretty annoying because i worked all summer doing this spring-school shit so i missed out on mondo holidays. so i'm "looking" for a job, which means i'm just chilling.
again most of the time i spend, probably nine tenths is at my girlfriend's house (yes i too thought it was all over for good a few weeks ago but for some reason we are back together and it's going well - the whole thing is a joke and who knows what will happen - very good material for a tv show). i hardly ever get a chance to use my computer which fucking sucks, and at her place she doesn't have interweb so it's only fleeting moments that i can chill here. this is also because she has taken her holidays too, but they end this coming tuesday (8th of feb) so then i'll have a lot more time to catch up with you guys, which will dominate my erections. it's my gf's birthday on the 7th and she'll be 31 which to me sounds pretty damn old, and i haven't been working for a while so i'm broke and have to hook-up a present somehow. joy. then fucking valentines day what the fuck is going on? who the fuck is out to get me?
about 5 seconds ago i got a 'wrong number' on that skype thingy that jfk has been selling-out lately, which again i have never actually used to speak to you guys, just some random cocksucker called 'sven' "rang up" and then in a gimp accent told me it was a wrong number. what a freak show.
that's what i'm doing at the moment.
