My old house was haunted, but all the ghost ever do was look at you during the night, and walk from the bathroom through the wall into the living room.

ghosts exist, but i dont think they are dangerous, unless they died violently or something like that. at the first house me and my mom lived in, when i was like 3, there was a ghost. my mom would come into my room, and my room would be like 20 degrees, even tho my heater was working fine...the electricians even said that we probably had a ghost. ontop of that, every monday night, you could hear someone crying in the attic...not just a little sob either, but like a mournful horrible cry...almost a moan. there were like 3 babysitters who got scared away and almost left me at home alone because they were scared shitless...so one monday night my mom went into the attic and told the ghost to go away, she explained that it wasnt her house anymore and that she needed to move on, and that my mom was aware that something horrible happened to her, but she is dead now and needs to accept or wahtever...never heard the ghost again, and my room was normal temp after that.

rudeh i think it all depends on how much the rent is, how big the apartment is and how nice it is. ?You could talk to other people that rent in the building and see how they like it. ?If someone is really freaked out by ghosts, if there are any, they may say something. ?If you do move in you gotta setup a camcorder to run all night to see if it picks up anything strange.
BTW that place reminds me of the ghostbuster firehouse base.....ollolol that green guy wasnt a bad ghost, he was more like a bad roomate that ate all the food.
