Sugar is optional

Directions:

Open up the paper bag and pour in the popcorn, fold the top over twice and staple shut on both corners, then put into the microwave and push the popcorn button.  Take out of microwave when popped and pour on melted butter and sprinkle on salt and sugar (optional), eat with a cold vanilla coke.

A simple macaroni stew:

Macaroni

Minced meat

A large onion

A stock cube

Ketchup

Whatever spices you like, I encourage you to experiment ;) .

(I use for example garlic, curry, chili, oregano, basil, black and white pepper and soy powder)

Boil the macaroni until well-done. Pour the water away and replace it with fresh water - not too much, just enough for the stock cube to dissolve. Add fried minced meat, chopped onion, stock cube and the spices. Boil until most of the water has vaporized. Eat with ketchup.

Monkeys Heeds Special Pasta Sauce (that bottled stuff just wont do)

Absolute piece of piss to make.

Ingredients:

1 tin of chopped tomatoes (or 500g cherry tomatoes, the big ones make your sauce look like vomit and doesnt taste too dissimilar to it either)

1 medium size onion

25g butter

1 teaspoon of sugar

1 clove of garlic (if you like garlic)

Chuck the tomatoes and butter in a saucepan. Peel and cut the onion in half and throw it in the pan along with a peeled clove of garlic should you desire (if you like a stronger garlic flavour then slice it, but i find the whole clove is ok). Simmer on a low heat for 40-45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Squish the tomatoes a bit with the back of a spoon. Serve with any sort of pasta you wish, and add pepper. Whats more, it should keep for about a week in the fridge so you can make a bucket of it if you want to eat pasta for 7 days straight. You can add mushrooms, or anything you like to it (chicken, squid, anything) but I like it plain and simple.

Beats any bottled shit any day
