btw have stoped working out 2 hours at a time etc.. do about 1 hour at gym and 15 mins or more at home, main reason as it has been put to me is that if your not eating properly your calory useage can exceed your calory intake and which may have a negative effect on muscle growth and bone growth even.


 


so as the sign in my gym says sometimes less is best.


Going slow will help you grow.

Ain't gonna be huge overnight.. will take yrs mabey.. 3 yrs to be perfectly huge..

You guys gave out some pretty cool info about how to bulk up. I casually work out meaning I do what I can with what I have at home. I have two 30lbs dumbs and one 10lb dumb that I use to bulk up my forearm. I usually do push-ups and situps every other day. And to work on my legs/thighs I do lunges with the 30lbs dumbs. Works great because I eat a lot and eat right. I've gained a lot of muscle even though it doesnt show on me, I feel much stronger.
