Well in any case I might consider to keep taking creating once to twice a week...

Just follow the instructions on the bottle they are made to be just the right servings for that particular creatine, plus like meat said it isnt "good" for all of your body so be sure to stay properly hydrated. And that means almost all of the time.

You're body will become dependant on creatine and stop producing it naturally..

It wont really do anything for you unless you do proper creatine cycles. Usually it's 2 table spoons twice a day with grape juice the first week, 1 table spoon once a day for 2 weeks, then 2 table spoons twice a day for the final week with 2 weeks off after this cycle.

Rinse and Repeat.

I concur, I had REALLY negative effects because I didnt keep properly hydrated the year I was on it. I frequently woke up with the most painful calf cramps in all of existance. And during football games my calves would completely lock up and I'd fall over. Which I saw as a negative. I would recommend Phosphegen, I gained more mass on it with less crampage.

Yes but remember Phosphgen is a weight gainer not a direct muscle building enhancer. Mass gainers and weight gainers don't do or have quite the same effect as creatine, however like you said... fail to stay hydrated and maintain a good diet and creatine will do nothing for you. I reccommend if you can't eat the worlds best diet to take a multi vitamin to help supplement your system with much needed compenents of physical fitness
