Posting From MWR Net Cafe in Iraq

Last night on had to go on a gun run escorting some fuel tankers to another camp. It was cool until it started to rain. I will tell you what I was not too wild about the proximity... I had one go off about 15 feet to my left one point. (BTW unless otherwise stated when I say rain I am refering to Steel Rain aka mortars and artillery.) We where glad it was just indirect fire. The unit we where escorting said they usually get RPGs and SAF(Small Arms Frire) on the route we took.

Anyways sup sup Angeldust. Good to hear your still safe here in the armpit of the world.

It looks like I will doin gun runs about once a week or once every other week. I will keep you guys posted. I am compiling some of the pics I have been taking and will up some of them soon.

I am not carving shit on my bullets. Small burrs on the rounds can cause malfunctions and I would rather not have any of those during a fire fight.
