I do use diced onion but You can leave it out.


herbs like thyme,not much tho. Tomato salt is good to variate the flavour.


crack an egg into the meat and add flour befor u mix it up. You will not taste the egg later and it all helps to keep it all together.


read up on which herbs help to complement pork or beef so that you do not mess up the taste, I leave my mix to stand for an hour or so too.

Frank's RedHot Sauce! Seriously, add that to the ground beef if you're making up homemade patties.

 


From the commericals I thought it would be shitty, but after trying it I have to say Frank's is my favorite hot sauce. You can put it on anything and it's so damn good.







 


I add franks to almost everything i eat. Most versatile hot sauce ever.
