does anyone find as they get older they seem to spit more grems out? i always hated it when footballers used to spit and i could never understand why they produced so much sputum, but since I started doing it as well I know why...

I've found as I get older it takes me longer to recover after playing football on Sundays, Its Wednesday before my muscles recover and i can walk like a normal human.
It takes longer to get over hangovers too.
Can't do 3 or 4 nighters like I used to.
