Ok that made no sense. So anyways...
Did my first distance run this morning since I got my cast off. It was great and I am not as out of shape as I thought I was. Did 6 miles in about 40 minutes. I would like to shave it back down to around 30, but for now I am happy.
i can sprint like a motherfucker, fastest ive ever gone is 28mph, for like 20 seconds...but i cant run for shit...
damn me and my slovenly self...
...but, for some reason, even though i spend the majority of my time sitting on my ass eating junk food, i manage to keep a very slim, not-fat-at-all, muscular body...what is going on?
maybe im a god :)
