HTML has been enabled in this forum, but mainly for use in other forums. Since our regular posters can't be trusted with such a responsibility, it is only enabled in this forum (user groups: Admin, h@x0rs, ;0 team)
Shorty brought up the posting HTML bit, and I thought it would be a good idea as well. Unortunatly, with ikonboard you can't define which users are allowed HTML, rather only which forums it can be posted in.
You can now post a new topic in here with HTML, and move it to another forum. Whatever HTML you inserted before will remain, but people will no longer be able to post any additional html (this includes admins as well).
Have fun. :)

Well I wasn't planning to, but ok. There's no option that allows a user group to move threads, you have to make them a global moderator. This also gives you the ability to edit and delete posts, as well as moving them. However, please do not do anything besides move threads created from this forum. There are mods of each forum who can take care of the moderation of the posts in their forum.

Well, ok. Just make sure you use the delete from original forum function when moving a thread.

It might seem like a slight hassel(lol), but they could just post it then PM a mod or admin to move it for them. I spend alot of time here as it is, plus I have T1 access at work now and jump on all the time. Inconvience yes, but a possible idea to throw around.
