That's right, I just installed a new skin on this forum with a dark color scheme.
To view it go to Your Control Panel >> click on Account Options >> next to Board 'Skin', change to Dark Skin >> Click the "Change my Account Options" button and you're all set.
Check it out, I think it looks pretty sweet.
