I found the setting and it's now 1 second reconnect. If no problems arise from this it will remain, but you couple guys ARE reconnecting easily 5 times repeatedly in 1 second or less, so i'm afraid your still going to gline yourself.

Lyth: I think we can safely manage 5/10 seconds without any fuckups. Combined with something on HaxServ to let any global op/master to un-glined them.
