I find that oversensitivity ridiculous. Joking on racial stereotypies is perfectly harmless as long as people understand that it's just humour with very little factual basis and is not used as a part of racist propaganda. Let's take for example the "Jukka-brothers" in MTV few years ago. The picture they gave of a typical Finn was demeaning but it was done in the name of humour and I don't think anyone took it seriously. I don't know any Finn including myself who would have been angered by them.
Just more proof that political corectness has gone to far in North America.
