I've been been playing some WWII Online for the last two weeks after a three year absence from it.
The graphics are crap, high load times, and you need a supercomputer for it to play smoothly. The gameplay however is great. It's a massive multiplayer first person shooter, so at times there are huge battles over a city. A downside of that would be it's way too big (Europe at 1/2 scale). You could walk/drive in a direction for hours and not see anyone. It has a great community of people that are helpful and friendly, unlike most games. Some screenshots:
Riding in the back of a truck as infantry.
There's tanks too.
Trying to shoot down an enemy aircraft.
You can't see much at night.
While it's fun at times, I don't think I want to keep paying $13/month to play.
What games have you duders been playing?

daoc and RO
started the suffering but the combination of formulaic gameplay and graphics no better than GTA 3 had me disinterested after the second checkpoint of the first level. basically the game is live action third person house on haunted hill - only set in a prison.

unreal 2004 is pretty fun. the first time i installed it, it corrupted my c: drive, so I had to format and reinstall windows, but now its working awesome. unreal is having a contest for 1 million dollars to the best mod that comes out, so tons of mods are out and its really fun. it is definatly worth it.
also animal crossing for gamecube 8)

Nothing. My PS2 broke and there are no really good comp games I feel like playing.

CS...
My boyfriend plays all the other games and gives me rewievs and somehow, knights of the old republic is the only game i could considder playing besides CS right now.

CS when im high, UT 2004, halo, final fantasy crytal chronicles (gamecube) and jedi knight: jedi academy (gamecube)
and im might get into earths speciall forces, too bad you gotta wait like 80mintues to download off gamespy

Mostly emulator games from my childhood. Sometimes I screw around in Enemy Territory. I'll probably give them up for Diablo 2.
Does anyone know where to find a full installation of Steam TFC?
