just taking a poll to see who's got cameras around here. i have an idea for new types of battles that ppl that aren't so good at photoshop can get involved as well.

what happens is we'll compile a list of people that want to compete. the first person goes and take a picture of whatever they want. each subsequent person has to recreate that same picture. it goes all the way down the list and then it starts over, but the second person on the list is the next person to post an original picture of their own. then it just goes down the list until we've reached the end.

That's a neat idea. I have a camera, but it's not all that great. It's five years old and the pictures tend to come out dark, but hopefully it's good enough for such an endeavor.

I tried working on the monthly photoshop battle, but I don't have much of an idea how to work photoshop and kept trashing my work. This camera idea sounds like something more up my alley.

I have one. I'd go for it. The only problem is we would need to allow a good amount of time between entries.
