Looking over some old screenshots of our Opflash games makes me want to play again. Some new cool addons and islands have come out since our last games. A new, awesome version of FDF came out with more fun terrorism related stuff.

Also, some people may be getting the game. For them, by the way, they need "Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis," and the expansion pack "Operation Flashpoint: Resistance." "Operation Flashpoint: Game Of The Year" has both of these things. You do not need the Red Hammer mission pack to play multiplayer with us.

If enough people are willing, let's get this shit started.

First, we need a good, reliable host for our games. This is most important, since we never play in public servers. We play our own missions with our own players with our own fucking rules.

Secondly, I need to make missions. The only other missions that were any fun were the Sopwith one and some of the FDF coop missions. So, a few questions:

Should I use FDF mod in any of my missions? FDF mod is huge, but has a lot of cool stuff. Having FDF mod installed still allows you to play regular OFP.

How many players should I design the coops for? I can make more than enough slots, but how I make the mission relies on this. If we are only going to have three guys, its going to be a smaller mission with simple ground vehicles and less enemies. If we're going to have like eight guys, we can have people manning tanks or providing air support, which is more fun, but is a waste if we don't have those eight people.

What kind of missions do you guys want?

- Duo Hunt remake (fixed so it doesn't go for an hour with the hunting team blindly searching)

- FDF mission where we play poorly equiped terrorists and have to take on Finnish civilian and military targets.

- Classic coop where we play well equipped US Special Forces with Blackhawks and Littlebirds and we have to take down hordes of rebels shooting at us with RPGs and stuff.

- Same as above but where we take on the fucking Finnish.

- Simple co-op where we play US regular army soldiers and have to fight rebel people.

I'm not goint to start making missions unless I know we're going to play them, so let's figure this out. They take me way too long to make, but maybe I can speed up the progress with less attention to idiotic details.

That's all I needed to hear. I'll start making a mission as soon as we figure out how many players to expect.

Can we make duo drive a bus off a cliff?

That's like asking if we can make the sun rise.

Anyway, this is all shaping up. We have to take care of the squad stuff.

http://www.semicolon-zero.com/members/Chom...flash/squad.xml

If you are on the Semicolon-Zero squad you get the bonus of having a [;0] automatically added to your name and a ;0 logo pasted on the side of any vehicle you enter. Example.

To join the squad, you need to send me the following information:

- Your game name.

- Your "real" name, or the name you want listed for yourself if it is not the same.

- Your player number. (This appears in your player setup screen.)

- ICQ or e-mail address if you want it listed. (No point really.)

- A quote.

Then you add http://www.semicolon-zero.com/members/Chom...flash/squad.xml to the squad line in your player set-up.

Anyone on there who wants info changed, tell me too.

As you can see here, if you look closely, having the symbol on the side of your vehicle makes you that much cooler.

Also, addons and such are kind of hard to find. If someone could host all the files we need it would be great. If not, I'll just post up a list of required addons every time I make a new mission. I'll try to keep the list short and not require an addon just so I can use it once in a pointless fashion.

I'm willing to play this shit heap again. I just don't want to have to download 50 addons and extract them all individually.

If I can get access to an FTP later on I'll just upload my addon directory.
