What are your favorite custom sandwiches? For me it's always been simple ingredients, since I'm rather impatient when hungry. A few comments on some basic ingredients first.

Lettuce - Overrated really. I wouldn't say it adds to the sandwich in an way, and is mostly a tasteless filler.

Bread - Toasted can be way better. Take the extra time to put that bread in the toaster, your tastebuds will thank you.

Tomato - Tomatos rock in just about all sandwiches, but are rarely used by the common man.

Here's a few of my favorite recepies which are extremely simple, but tasty none the less. Bonus points for making up goofy names for your sandwiches.

Ted Koppel on a bike

Fresh sliced tomato

Mayo

Chicken breast

Toasted bread (naturally)

El tuna destructo

Tuna + mayo mixed (tuna salad)

Onions, lots of onions

Tomato

Toasted bread

I'm sure some of you have much more complicated Xtreme sandwiches so share away.

mmmm...those are some tasty sounding sandwhiches

Around these parts in known as the sandwhich man, i can make a damn good sandwhich...seriously, my friends say i make then with "love"

Basic

thin sliced meats (almost any kind of deli meat, preferably chicken, turkey or mortadella, bologna is nasty)

lettuce (lettuce will never be "just a filler" in my eyes!!!!! i love lettuce)

tomato (yes, Axe tomato is the best)

pickles (pickles pwn me, me and my GF fight over who gets the last one all the time)

cheese (gotta have cheese, preferably not too thick)

onions (red, green or regular)

olives (green plz)

mayo

little bit of mustard

thats just my basic sandwhich, topping depends on what is in the fridge at the time...i rarely get to have all that at once, but when i do.....watch out!

ULTRA SUPER SEXY MOTHER FUXIN TUNA SALAD (patent pending)

tuna

red or white onion

carrot (finely grated)

red and/or green peppers (chopped up small of course)

celery (not very much)

mayo or course

and just a tad bit of mustard for flava, you can mix it in with the tuna or put it on the bread
