because I take care of children. From Monday to Friday, I walk kids from elementary school to this place called Manoa Japanese Language School. For three hours, I watch, play, and yell at the hundred or so kids under my care. And I've got pictures to show what good fun I have.

THURSDAY

I'm drawing on my sketchpad for Art 100.

Now I'm giving my friend Taylor a ride.

This girl handed me a mini-recorder to show me what her friend screamed into the microphone.

Hilarity ensues.

I give a goofy grin to the camera.

Then I share one with Taylor (the kid I was giving a piggy back ride).

This is my pal, Cameron, who stopped and posed for my camera while in a game of football.

Then Taylor and her friend tries to dogpile me.

Then this girl called Katie wants to paint my nails, I oblige.

So pretty.

Taylor observes the damage.

My co-worker, Stacie, goes 'deer in the headlights'.

ANOTHER Taylor screams when she realizes I'm taking pictures of her.

And tries to knock the camera out of my hand.

Her sister, Paige, decides to take advantage of my camera with some weird Egyptian poses.

She likes my newly done fingernails.

Then does a wild dance!

Tada!

FRIDAY: It rained a shitload today so all the kids were soaking wet when they got to school. Made everything a lot stickier.

This is the view coming in to work.

It was like a billion degrees in this room.

Then I got my nails done on my left hand.

One smile for the camera!

This is Casey. She's friggen' crazy.

And she started pulling my hair.

This is Katie, the girl who painted my nails. She's pretty moody.

Now my co-worker, Mike, is getting his nails done.

He's not entirely pleased.

I chased some kids out of the rain.

Then I gave a piggy back ride to Paige.

Then a girl gives me a toothy smile.

Then I'm mobbed!

Gregg starts swinging around on my waist.

After I run away, I get a quick picture of three girls smiling on the stairs.

My other co-worker, Albert, starts giving piggy back rides.

Sarah doesn't like my camera.

I forget this girls name.

Albert takes a breather.

Then gets chased by Katie and her followers.

I played Connect Four with Taylor and Lea.

And Aaliyah takes a picture of me.

Remember Casey? This is why she's crazy.

But she's still cool.

Wow, that would be exhausting!! I work at a place for kids too...but in the corporate office so I don't die from the death of children. Here are some pictures of kids at my work:
