Dreamhost had a server outage that resulted in half the files on the site being deleted. They didn't help axe fix the problem though so he switched accounts, restored the files from a backup, and restored all the MySQL data.

i still get a 404 with http://semicolon-zero.com/cgi-bin/genesis/...tFiles&set:CWD=

is there any way i can get my files offline from the server? there were a couple of family photos i wouldnt mind getting back.
