You will need
Bottle of hot sesame seed oil
1 pound chicken
1 cup of those little shrimp, defrosted if frozen
Small Diced Chilli Peppers (Amount dependant on your ability to handle the heat)
1 bottle of sweet tai chilli sauce
2 hot peppers
20g course crushed walnuts
20g peanuts
1 package of rice noodles
Aight niggas, you will be cutting the chicken into long thin slices, place in a bowl and pour 2 tbsp hot sesame seed oil over. Add in the shrimp, and half of your hot chilli peppers and leave in the fridge for 4~5 hours.
Next cut up your hot peppers into whatever the fuck size you want, and place aside for later. Heat a large skillet until it is super dooper hot, and add in some sesame seed oil. To this add in your marinade chicken / shrimp and cook until the chicken is all brown and yummy. Add in some more hot chilli peppers and cook for about 5 more minutes. Add in your peanuts, and walnuts and put aside for the time being.
In a large pot, boil some water, and put in your rice noodles. Cook until they are nice and limp, drain, and place in your large skillet.
Rinse the large pot clean of all the noodle residue gunk, and than heat it up again for a few minutes until it is very dry and really hot. Add 1 more tbs of hot sesame seed oil, and add your noodles. Stir the noodles in the hot oil for a few minutes, and then add your chicken / shrimp from the skillet to your noodles. To this add your sweet chilli tai sauce and stir until well blended.
If your noodles are a bit runny, turn up the heat and evaporate the remaining liquid off.
To add a little flavour to your tai shit, try placing a min leave on top of the plate before eating. It tastes fucking good. MMMM better than baby.
