i am a newbie in making websites and i am trying to make my website to come on the middle of internet explorer like the semicolon start website


i am using dreadweaver and ... maybe someone can help me

Hint (cause I cant be bothered to work out a proper answer): You can enter percentages into some of the HTML properties. E.g. Tables.


 


Ill try and work out a better answer later but I must revise.

If you are really really new to web development, I reccomend getting some templates for dreamweaver. You can actually learn alot from the templates.  It can also help you learn HTML.

i used to work with some shit ass program


and it really was like working with notebook


so i got dreamweaver mx final so ill have a look into it
