For those of you who have not seen this movie... I say you are missing out. This is a definite must see sleeper hit. I have not talked to one person who did not like it. It comes out May 13 for those interested. I for one know that I am getting this for sure. THe whole 1984/Farenheit 451 scent to the plot is awesome. I love the reinvisionment(dont care if this isnt a word. :D) of the combined theme of those two books and how it was done in the movie. And for anybody that copares this movie to the Matrix, well I reccomend you get your head checked. The moves in Equilibrium are Gunkata(which they mention if you pay close attention).

You dont know what Farenheit 451 is? Wow, I guess it is kind of old.
Check this out: Fahrenheit 451
Its not the greatest descripton but it does give a general idea behind the book.

Also, I gota agree the orwellian parrallel is outstanding, however not detracting from the articles individual vibrance. The almost post-singularity plot truely entertained however I can fully reciprocate with those who felt it yearned for a cinimatic averageness.
