My brother is going to Japan in a few weeks and in order to do some of his schoolwork for well uh..school, he needed a laptop to email in and such. So we go over to the local Best Buy and all is well. We get there a little after 7 and my brother looks around at the awesome** selection of laptops. Of course because my brother is picky and has a hard time selecting a decent laptop, we stay there for awhile. He decides to ask an employee about what he would recommend. The employee speaks to my brother and spits out [sarcasm]really useful knowledge that we will need in the future [/sarcasm]! We stand around listening to him for a couple of minutes and my brother looks around again once more at the selection and finally chooses one after an hour or so. That particular laptop was sold out so the employee checks to see if that laptop was going to arrive that night. Surprisingly enough it was going to arrive. He tells us to wait until 8:30, so we do no big problem. It slowly turns to 8 then 8:30 then 10 minutes till 9. We were still waiting for the laptop to arrive at well...our laps. It finally comes and then guess what? Yes, that's right the employee tries to sell us a warranty WOW BIG SURPRISE YES INDEED! We decline his offer and take the items to the register. Then someone- probably a manager of some sort, comes up and says he can't sell this particular laptop because 25 of them set on fire :laugh: . My brother, who was particulary cranky that evening, demanded an answer why and started to get angry(which he later denied and stated that he was "upset" not angry). So for a few minutes my brother is raising his voice at the guy BECAUSE HE CAN'T UNDERSTAND THE FACT THAT THE LAPTOP MIGHT EXPLODE IN HIS FACE. So we just left after 2 hours of nothing with nothing in our hands.
