OK gang let's have your favourite Christmas Recipie's.
That time of year has arrived again so let's put our traditional and not-so traditional Christmas recipies here.
I'm gonna keep adding new recipies to this thread so we can all feast in ;0 style.
First of all here is a simple sweet-ass-kissing recipie for,
marbled chocolate fudge stars
Vgetable oil, to grease
660g (3 cups) caster sugar
330ml (1 1/3 cups) evaporated milk
300g dark chocolate melts
300g white chocolate melts
1. Brush two 19cm (base measurement) spuare pans with oil to lightly grease. Line bases with non-stick baking paper.
2.Place the sugar and milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until the sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring, for 5 minutes or untill mixture thickens.
3. Place dark chocolate melts and white chocolate melts in two separate bowls. Divide the hot milk mixture evenly between the two bowls. Stir each with a wooden spoon until the chocolate melts.
4. Working quickly, spoon half of each mixture into a prepared pan. Repeat with remaining mixture. Swirl with a skewer to create a marbled effect. Smooth top of the fudge with damp fingers. Cover with plastic wrap and set asid for 1.5 hours to cool. Turn fudge out onto a sheet of non-stick baking paper. Use a 4cm star pastry cutter to cut fudge into stars.
Enjoy ;D
