For those of you who have seen this site already I know you had to of enjoyed it.

Ok anybody here is pretty much computer literate enough for lmost everyone of the trouble tickets on this website to be funny as hell, but for those of us in the Tech support industry it is even funnier (I have had trouble tickets, work orders, and trouble calls similar to some of these.).
