how to make burgers perfect

i'm trying to figure out what i can add to them to... make 'em better i guess. i'm tired of bland burgers! at the moment i'm putting worchester (sp?) sauce, and a bit of this steak seasoning stuff. what coould i add to the meat to "kick it up a notch"? ;0


 


ps don't say onions b/c i HATE onions

well theres cheese, ketchup, mustard. they work pretty good

add sauteed mushrooms(something like portabello or criminis) to it. but then again i love mushrooms and i like everything with mushrooms in it

as far as condiments, i like boars head deli horseradish sauce.


 


as far as to put in the meat... uh no idea. id like to try it with taco seasoning..... oooohhhhh

Hmm soaking the emat to the point of it changing in colour usualy adds a nice falvour and keeps them moist as fuck. Also adding minced garlic, hotshot, and garlic salt then mixing it thouroughly through the meat gives it a really nice kick when you do the soy sauce thing. Makes em a bit harder to wrangle without comign apart but the flavour is worth it.
