Once you have created your nation, go to the sidebar and click on the name of your region then click move to a new region and in the find a region tab type "semicolon_zero" and move to this region.
I don't know the in's and out's of this yet but it looks really cool.

The average income tax rate is 60%, and even higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Arms Manufacturing.
Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Sh3p's national animal is the cat, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the pint.

The minute government, or what there is of one, devotes most of its attentions to Law & Order, with areas such as Social Welfare and Religion & Spirituality receiving almost no funds by comparison. Income tax is unheard of. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Book Publishing, Beef-Based Agriculture, and Trout Farming industries.
Crime is a serious problem. GenocideFlats's national animal is the weasel, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the cow pie.

Crime is a serious problem, and the police force struggles against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. Heners's national animal is the goat and its currency is the runt.
