I've heard mixed reviews. However, the general consensus is that it was rushed to tie in with the release of the movie.

friend got it, says its pretty cool so far. he also said theres a "Kung Fu" button that you press and the chick kills guys diff ways.

I got it. I was expecting better from shiny after loving mdk and mdk2. The environments look cool and all and fit the feel of the movie but the gameplay is a little lacking. You basically run from enemy to enemy pressing the punch or kick button till they are dead or just firing your gun. For fun press shift to go into bullet time mode where you can flip and kick off walls and shit. Though it doesn't really do much to change the game play it does look pretty slick. About the only thing its good for is that when you are in bullet time (focus or whatever the fuck its called) you can jump alot farther (think the jump program from the first movie). The cinematics are pretty kewl but i don't think i am willing to play through the game to see all of them. One cool feature is that ability to hack your save game files. You choose hacking from the main menu and open your save game file. You are then brought to a dos like interface where you can use cheat codes (not sure where you get said cheats yet) to hack your save file. Overall its not a bad game but its not worth taking time away from vice city. Overall i would give it a 7.5

I heard it was only okay for a little while, but got boring. It was 4 cds so i didn't get it ;)
