First of I want to tell you guys...My wife, my daughter and I are all ok. ?Ugh...with that out of the way...
At approxiamtely , ?I was awoken by my bird making several loud noises and some rather loud crashing sounds. ?I got up to investigate and found my balcony to be on fire. ?I am not going to give too many details at this time, but I will add that by 0442 my house was completely destroyed. ?In telling you this I am going to add that I am not going to be around much any more. ?I am currently at my mother in laws house using her computer to tell you all this. ?We have been put up in a hotel and should be moving into our new house no later than Wednesday afternoon, this however does not mean my return as I have no computer anymore.(We lost everything) ?Right now this is not everything I want to say, but I am still kind of in a state of mental shock. ?I apologize. ?I do not know when I will have a new computer or when I will have the internet at my new home, but I will try to check my email and the forum at least once a week if I can. ?To follow I will leave several email addresses to try to reach me at. ?Also for any of you who are in the USA I might leave my cell number soon, but as this being the only means of communication I have and with limited minutes I am not ready to give it out yet.
I am linking to a article in one of the local papers yo give you guys a better idea of what is going on. ?I will tell you that not all facts in the article are accurate. ?I will also tell you that I was the one treated at Tripler for smoke inhalation. ?I am however just fine. ?To give you an idea of what I meant by totally destroyed...in the picture my house is the one in the middle with the balcony fallen off and the ability to see through where my sliding glass door used to be to the sky where my ceiling used to be.
