btw have stoped working out 2 hours at a time etc.. do about 1 hour at gym and 15 mins or more at home, main reason as it has been put to me is that if your not eating properly your calory useage can exceed your calory intake and which may have a negative effect on muscle growth and bone growth even.
so as the sign in my gym says sometimes less is best.
Going slow will help you grow.
