rental car means paying a lot for the ticket and then a lot for the car x_x

Don't you usually have to be 25+ to rent a car?


 


 


Anyways, I'd recommend driving unless you know some people who are willing to drive you around everywhere. The public transportation here SUCKS. If you're willing to wait a few hours for a taxi or bus to arrive, then take a plane.
