I've been using Creatine and protein and ATP for a long time now however I don't like these artifical things going into my body... so I stopped using protein powder and will probably limit creatine from anywhere to once a week to once a month..

anyone have any known sources to side effects of creatine?????????? or ATP??????

ATP is a compound your cells produce via the mitochondria that stores energy.

I've never heard anything bad about Creatine really. I don't use it but I had a friend who did for a few months. It worked really well for him. Your best bet is to check this stuff online either with a google search or post on some bodybuilder or fitness message board.

Can't really help you, I only use Deep Tissue Oxygenators. I quit taking creatine and other bulking products. Right now I only take Mega Men Ultra Mega Green Multi Vitamin and Endurox. And every 90 days I do a cycle of Oxydrene.

He is trying to get mass, not lose weight.
