It helped Mark McGuire hit 70 home runs. That's all I know about creatine unfortunatly.
Creatine + ATP
I use to do creatine and protien poweder. I still do protien powder though, but instead of an isolate, I use a complete meal replacement formula.
What I do now from what I did before was after a hard work out, as soon as you get the shakes, down a protien shake meal replacement. Then go home and EAT EAT EAT!! Eat till you're full.
Then drink one for breakfast + normal breakfast.
I gained about 10 lbs this summer doing that. Although it's not much, I still consider it really good considering I have only been hitting the gym 3 times a week or less.
Hopefully when I move up north I can go swimming and hit the gym more often.

Well in any case I might consider to keep taking creating once to twice a week...
It wont really do anything for you unless you do proper creatine cycles. Usually it's 2 table spoons twice a day with grape juice the first week, 1 table spoon once a day for 2 weeks, then 2 table spoons twice a day for the final week with 2 weeks off after this cycle.
Rinse and Repeat.
