I was just making an excellent TOP SECRET Ceasar Salad Dressing that I would to share with you all, but can't;) Anyway I have a lot of garlic left over and was thinking about making a garlic pesto sauce one day this weekend. Here's my idea:
Boil noodles until limp
put noodles into pan
add 4 cloves of garlic, nice and crushed (I love my garlic press).
1/2 cup or crushed basil leaves
1 tbsp olive oil
Basically just sautee all that around. I don't have any experience making pesto, and don't like the recipies I've seen on the internet. Any input would be much appreciated:)
