that is awful, few people care as much about our community as he did.

in my opinion yucky1 was an absolute legend. i learnt so much from him in the time we had spent together. there are so few really nice and good people out there, and i for one and fucking pissed off that we have lost another. he always made us laugh, he lived life large. his stories were second to none. What disgusts and disappoints me is the fact yucky1 has been battling with drugs for a few years now, and was just cleaning up his act, re-focusing his life - he'd made it through the other side.
as i'm trying this i still can't beleive the topic of this thread. HE WAS SUCH A FUCKING NICE GUY THIS IS NOT FAIR.
he was such a pillar of the community, would ALWAYS help us out in any way he could. kindness, compassion, the list goes on (and i'm not even sure the list has a end). he did it all, and he did most things for his friends.
i for one and immensely proud and honoured to have spent time with yucky1 over the past 5 or so years. this is such a massive loss and shock to our community, and i hate to think about all the friends and family (yucky1 was INCREDIBLY family orientated; he was even living with his grandmother to help her out) he has left behind back in the real world.
In saying that Jim was definitely classified as a 'friend' to me.
I think that's all i can type because i'm going to have a cry now
rest in peace james you are a wonderful person, a hero, and most importantly my friend
nothing but love & see you one day

I got a call from Kindred yesterday morning about Yucky. I didn't know him very well personally, but hearing news of his death got to me pretty bad. My grandparents had passed away early in September and I was still in grieving mode. Then when I heard about this, man, I just lost it.
My condolences go out to his family. From what I've seen and heard, Yux was a great person and a great friend. He deserved a much longer life.
