Getting the sauce to stay in the bacon buttie

I wouls sugest putting ?the sauce on to the bread and not onto the bacon, the bacon side creates too mny meaty pockets for sauce to collect in leading to a bite wich is too saucy that will lead to messy shirt or sticky beard (depending on the state of your facial hair:)#
