i was in c++ and when i heard about it, i kinda laughed, but then someone shunned me, and i looked at the screen again and i instantly felt really cold.

I didnt see either plane hit into the buildings, cuz I was in gym first period. I heard some people talking in the halls, and when I walked into 2nd period and saw my Bio teacher had CNN I asked what was going on. I remember her exact words "Planes have hit into the World Trade Towers. I thought it was just an accident when the first hit, but I think its a terroist attack since the second tower just got hit."
I didn't even know what to think......all I thought was WTF this is crazy.
my mom shook me awake and i was like "wassa matter" and she shoved me out my bed just with my briefs on to watch the tv. when i rubbed my eyes i saw a plane hit the world trade center on the screen and i was fully awake.
"is this some sick joke?"
but my mom just kept looking at the screen saying "omg"
my dad was already in his BDU's and was walking out of the door.
It was about 7:30 in the morning (hawaii time) when i saw the towers collapse and realized i had to get to school.
It was kind of awkward when i got to the main courtyard, everyone was kind of silent, everyone was talking in whispers and the only ones making loud noises were the ignorant ones who didint know what had happened only minutes ago. It was a strange day indeed, some of my teachers tried to act normal but i could tell some of them were scared, sad, or pissed. After school i still felt a little dazed about all this happening, i thought it never really happened until i heard the tv in my moms room broadcasting the chaos in NY again. It was a reality check for me, America wasn't so high and mighty, it was just as vulnerable as any other country. The belief among some people was that this country was invulnerable, but after 9/11 all that changed, we became more aware of how easily things can be changed and destroyed.
IN english class taking notes on like the first or second week of school when it actually hit but it wasn't till like 1:00pm in teh band room when they actually told us. my friends and i usually went around the high school during lunch and everyone was in a room watching cnn but none of us could figure out why till band...

Seriously tho, I was in Sociology when I found out. It was mid afternoon and my mate was listenening to Greater Manchester Radio on his walkman, he just called out "shit", we then went online and checked CNN and other sites, including "The Sun"'s website. The Sun being a tabloid paper in the UK, we saw a picture of the First tower with a plane flying towards it, my mate pointed out "hah, they superimposed a plane onto the picture, how gay is that". At this time we had no idea there were two planes. I was on the way home, with my own walkman on when I heard about the towers collapsing, it was so weird, nobody on the bus knew about what was going on just a few thousand miles from where we sat, so surreal. I finally got home and turned on the TV to see just how real this all was, and how horrific.
I was in college, i remember it was during break time when a friend of mine came up to me and was like "hey man, a bunch o' planes rammed into the WTC!"
This was like around 8 PM (dubai time) or so.
i was in english my teachers sister called her and she freaked out and we just watched her. then next period my history teacher explained the whole thing
