AS you know, some people who get banned (Chomps, KBC) tend to like to spam /msg chanserv invite #semicolon-zero to chanserv, thus generating loads of chan notices. This is shitty and annoying, even with the anti-beep script.
What should be done about them?
0. Nothing
1. Keep them banned for longer? This means they can (and probably will) still spam chanserv
2. (Those who can) remove thier access, temporarly (note: this may be a big cause of drama so if possible it would be better avoided). They wont be able to spam chanserv
