Earth goverments are controlled behind the scenes by 10 ft tall reptile aliens who have a base deep inside our planet. Although they secretly control us with the typical crap such as microchips in our heads they aren't actually evil since they are protecting us from more malicious aliens...

If you love this stuff, I recomend you reading Jim Marss books. This guy basically connects ancient cults and groups (prior of sion) to modern clubs (Free Masons, Builderburgs) and basically lists people known to be in those clubs (lol all presidents in 20th century).
He then goes off into tangents about how the arc of the convenet was actually an alien cloning device and how there is a race of aliens living on a planet on a 8,000 year orbit that colonized earth with clone slaves (half aline / half human) a long time ago to mine the earth of gold. Explaining why we walk upright, and there is no real missing link known to science.
Gold incidentally, if vapourized and dispersed in the atomosphere promots ozone growth. So the aliens had a hole in their ozone and needed our gold, lol. Anyways so these humans were given complex tools and mathematics
Anyways he then talks about how they found ancient tools in south america that pre-date when humans were thought to have lived there, he also says that in many ancient scripts (dead sea scrolls) there are tales of men living hundreds of years, because the clones were originally supposed to live a long time, but due to rebellion they cut our lifespans short.
He also talks about why Nazka (??) people molded their head to look elongated like aliens because it was a worsphipping ritual, and there are people in asia that do the same thing.
