Howdy everyone, how's it going?

Me, well, one thing's for sure, I'm freaking stressed! Not just a little stressed, REALLY fucking stressed. It's just middle of semester blues, but the thing about engineering is, middle of semester all the way till the end of the semester = midterms and assignments.

I have a midterm on saturday, tuesday, and thursday, then next tuesday. Last week I had a midterm on monday, and wednesday. In the four week preceding last week I had another 5 midterms.

Why does this stress me out? Because I study my ass off, know everything inside out, get to the test, tests are a cluster fuck, get a 60 (which is usually the class average), and get pissed off about it.

I also have no time for anything. I don't date, cause there's no time. I go out on fridays, but when I do I just get right smashed with my friends. I don't have time to go to the grocery store, so I end up eating cafeteria food (gross). Laundry, heh, who can waste 2.5 hours going to the laundry place?

It pisses me off that everynight I get home at midnight, after a long night of studying, to drunken room mates taking bullshit english or buisness degrees, who don't understand what it means when I tell them to shut the fuck up cause I have 8 AM to 6:30 classes everyday except for monday (a moderate 11:30 to 6:30 day).

There's also the girl issue. At the begining of the semester, I can drink, party, everything, cause work hasn't hit yet. During those first 4~5 weeks I pick up a few girls, everything is swell. Don't get me wrong, I like these girls, but I have priorities. So a few of them end up hating me when they want me to hang out and I say I have to study. And no, a 'but you're always studying' doesn't work on me, because I am always studying (or doing an assignment). So seeing them in the halls kinda pisses me off, especially when they don't say hi or just sorta breeze by.

Well, I'm just frustrated. A month and a bit to go, and I'll make it, get my 70s average, and have a blast of a summer. So in the mean time, Engineering rocks, Engineering sucks, and I gotta get to the gym before I hit the books for a long friday night in preparation for a saturday midterm.

tl,dr. I'm pissed cause I am taking one of the hardest undergrad degree programs out there cause it's a lot of work.. durr..

Oh eric....:/

Atleast you aren't taking my friend's route: pretty much failing out of the engineering school here because he doesn't go to class; all he does is go to casinos and gamble/play poker for money at his dorm. At the end of this qurater he's going to be "STD" status--subject to dismissal. His solution: switch to a psych major. Nice work, john.

Organic Chemistry is gay, I hate it.

Anywho, thermodynamics midterm tomorrow, toot toot! In other news, I got my differential test back, 96%, and my mass transfer.. 78%. I'm keeping my average up, not that it matters in chemical engineering, I'm guaranteed a high paying job after all this stuff.

I didn't say I liked it, although I am kinda kicking its ass so far.
