Well its that time again were I look to see if I've come further at all in my training.. For the first few months this year I was overdoing it with protein powder so I stopped taking protein powder on a regular basis and have only taken it twice in the last two months. I take a bit of creative 2-3 times a week.
My routines have changed a little as well but I need to change them again me thinks somewhat until I get the most out of what Im doing. Im actually around 76 kg I think and I don't change much from that weight. My main staple of food is Sardines out of the can with 19.9 grms of protein I sometimes eat 5 cans in a day and kebabs,,,
I have gone more for bulk then I have for tone... havn't done much on abs either and have just started working on them again after ages of neglect.
Why do I post these u ask? 1) to share weightlifting comments, suggestions, stories, help anything with anyone who does this...

I used to be a really really really scrawny cunt btw... so Im kinda happier that I've come this far but to go further really requires me to upsize my diet and this isn't always good for the liver so I think that I will always float around this size but Im gonna keep going with gym and eat hardy but I don't think I'll get to obsessed or anything... Mabey in the long term I'll get bigger..
I was thinking of combining cardio with my weights as well. Doing weights does give u more endurance though even in your lungs... just need to train my legs more.
